Butterscotch Coffee Cake Recipe


Butterscotch Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
1 18 1/2 ounce package yellow cake mix
1 3 3/4 ounce package butterscotch pudding mix
4 eggs
2/3 cups vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Confectionersí sugar, optional


Directions:
Blend cake and pudding mixes. Add eggs, oil, and water and beat well with electric mixer for 10 minutes. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Combine sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. Cut mixture through batter to form marble effect. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool upright for 15 minutes. Loosen edges and turn cake upside down to remove. Sprinkle with confectionersí sugar.
