Orange Pecan Coffee Cake

Adapted from Quick Fixes With Mixes
18 1/4 ozs yellow cake mix
1/4 c pecans, chopped
3 whole eggs
8 ozs light sour cream
1/3 c refrigerated orange juice
1 tbsp refrigerated orange juice
Icing:
1 c powdered sugar
2 tbsps orange peel, grated
1 tsp orange peel, grated
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a
mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, sour cream, 1/3 cup orange juice, two
tablespoons orange peel, and pecans. Mix well. Spread mixture evenly into
prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes
out clean. Meanwhile, to prepare icing, combine powdered sugar, remaining orange
juice, and remaining orange peel. Mix until drizzling consistency. Pour over
cooled cake. Refrigerate cake several hours before serving.
