Peach Crumb Coffee Cake.

Ingredients
1 package 2 layer size yellow cake mix (pudding type)
1 cup flour
1 package active dry yeast
¾ cup warm strong coffee (115degrees)
3 eggs
1 21-ounce can peach pie filling
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup butter
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1 tablespoon strong brewed coffee
Directions
Reserve 1 cup of the dry cake mix for topping. In large mixing bowl combine the
remaining dry cake mix, the flour, yeast, ¾ cup coffee and eggs. Mix by hand
about 100 strokes. Spread batter in bottom of greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
Spoon pie filling evenly over dough.
In a bowl combine the reserved cake mix, the granulated sugar and the cinnamon.
Cut in the butter with fork or pastry blender till mixture resembles fine
crumbs; sprinkle over pie filling. Bake in 375 oven for 30-35 minutes. Combine
powdered sugar, corn syrup, and remaining coffee; drizzle over cake.
Makes 12 servings.
