Banana Split Icebox Cake
Ingredients:
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 sticks butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 medium c. crushed pineapple
6 to 8 bananas
1 large size Cool Whip
1 c. pecans
maraschino cherries
1 box powdered sugar
Directions:
Mix 1 stick butter with 2 cups graham cracker crumbs. Pack in 13 x 9 x 2-inch
pan. Beat 2 eggs well and add 1 box powdered sugar, 2 sticks butter and 1
teaspoon vanilla. Spread over graham cracker crumbs. Next add drained pineapple.
Put quartered bananas on top of Cool Whip. Top with 1 cup pecans and maraschino
cherries.
Chill overnight.
