Icebox Fruitcake
Ingredients:
1 box graham crackers
1 lg. or 2 sm. jars cherries
1 box dark raisins
1 qt. pecans
1 lg. (72) bag lg. marshmallows
1 1/4 stick butter
Directions:
In a large bowl mix cracker crumbs (crushed fine), cut up cherries, raisins and
chopped pecans. Melt butter and add marshmallows a few at a time, stirring
constantly until all is melted. Pour slowly over fruit mix. With buttered hands
mix together until sticky. Line cracker box with foil. Add small amount at a
time of cake, packing it down as you go until all is in box. Chill and slice.
