Jell-o Icebox Cake
Ingredients:
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 pkg. Jell-O
2/3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
juice of lemon
24 graham crackers
2 heaping Tbsp. butter or
margarine, melted
Directions:
Crush graham crackers. Mix with melted butter. Line 9 x 13-inch greased dish
with crumbs. Empty milk into pan, freeze until milk is frozen 1-inch all around
pan. Beat until milk stands in soft peaks. Mix other ingredients together. Fold
into milk until all mixed. Pour into pan. Chill about 4 hours.
Serves 8.
