Mandarin Orange Icebox Cake Recipe


Mandarin Orange Icebox Cake     


Cake:
1 box Butter Recipe cake mix
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 small can mandarin oranges
and juice
4 eggs

Icing:
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed
pineapple and juice
1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding

Cake: Mix together and bake in four layers 15 to 20 minutes at 325 degrees.


Icing: Mix together until smooth. Frost cake. Refrigerate 2 to 3 days before cutting.

Keep in refrigerator.
