Margherite Icebox Cake

Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup powdered sugar
10 STELLA D'ORO MARGHERITE Combination Cookies (5 chocolate, 5 vanilla)
1 square BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, shaved
Directions:
BEAT cream, vanilla and powdered sugar in small bowl with electric mixer on high
speed until soft peaks form.
SPREAD each cookie with about 1 Tbsp. of the whipped cream mixture. Stack
cookies together, alternating chocolate and vanilla cookies and standing cookies
on long edge on serving platter to make a loaf.
FROST with remaining whipped cream mixture to cover cookies completely. Cover;
refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Top with shaved chocolate just before serving.
Cut diagonally into 4 slices to serve. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
