Pineapple Pecan Icebox Cake
Ingredients:
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding, prepared
1 (No. 2 1/2) can crushed pineapple
whipped cream
pecans, chopped
Directions:
Mix graham crackers, butter, sugar and press into 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan. Bake for
10 to 15 minutes. Cool, then add instant vanilla and crushed pineapple. Top with
whipped cream. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Serves 12.
