Rainbow Icebox Cake
Ingredients:
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 egg yolks
1 c. pecans
2 boxes cherry jell-o
1/2 c. oleo
1 (No. 2) can Dole crushed pineapple
2 boxes lime jell-o
1 box (medium-sized) graham crackers
Directions:
Cream sugar, oleo and egg yolks and then add strained pineapple and nuts. Beat
egg whites stiff and fold them in. Then place a layer of graham crackers on the
bottom of a pan. Pour in the mixture and put in the fridg to chill.
