Snowball Icebox Cake
Ingredients:
2 boxes lemon Jell-O
1 c. sugar
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
3 pkg. Dream Whip
1 large angel food cake, broken into crumbs
coconut
Directions:
Mix Jell-O in 4 tablespoons water; add 1 cup boiling water. Stir in sugar; add
pineapple. Chill until partially set. Prepare 2 packages Dream Whip according to
package directions. Fold into Jell-O mixture. Line large cake pan with waxed
paper or butter. Fill with alternate layers of crumbs and Jell-O mixture,
pressing down in pan. Refrigerate overnight. Un-mold. Prepare remaining Dream
Whip. Frost
un-molded cake mixture. Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate until serving time.
Yield: 20 servings.
