Recipe by: Nancy K Ingredients: 4 c. maple syrup 1 c. cream 1/4 c. butter 1 c. nuts, chopped 1 tsp. lemon extract Method: Cook the syrup, cream and butter for 9 minutes after the boiling point is reached. Remove from heat; add the nuts and extract and stir for 5 minutes. Pour into buttered pans. When cool, cut into squares. |
