Ingredients: 2 Cups Milk Chocolate Chips 1/4 Cup Sour Cream 2 1/2 tb Mint Flavored Liqueur Method: Melt the chocolate chips over hot water using a double boiler or same method and stir until the chocolate is smooth.Stir in the sour cream and then the liqueur. Transfer to a small bowl and chill for about 30 minutes until thick. Fill a pastry bag and pipe one inch candies onto a foil lined cookie sheet. Chill until ready to serve |
