Chyrel's Recipes From Friends

28 caramels
2 Tbs. cream
1 cup pecans
3 chocolate bars, melted over warm water

Melt caramels with cream in double boiler. When creamy, add pecans and let cool. Drop by teaspoonful on waxed paper. Shape with spoon and frost each turtle with melted chocolate. Do not refrigerate. Makes each turtle small, as they are very rich.
