Chili con Queso Casserole

2 (4-ounce) cans mild chopped green chilies -- drained
2 large tomatoes -- seeded and chopped (2 cups)
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese -- (8 ounces)
1 cup Bisquick® Original baking mix
1/2 cup sour cream
Grease square pan, 8 × 8 × 2 inches.
Sprinkle chilies and tomato evenly in pan.
Beat remaining ingredients with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth; pour

To serve now, heat oven to 375°. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until knife
inserted in center comes out clean.
