Fish N Tots Casserole Recipe

Fish N Tots Casserole

1 1/2 to 2 lb. fish fillets
1 lb. pkg. frozen fries or
tater tots
1 can cream of celery or
mushroom soup
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
minced parsley

Arrange fillets in a single layer of a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with frozen potatoes. Mix together soup, milk, mayonnaise and curry powder. Pour over fish and potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, until bubbling and slightly brown.
