Italian Crescent Casserole
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup pasta sauce
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1 package (4oz.) crescent rolls
1 tbsps. margarine
/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
In skillet brown beef and onion, drain.
Stir in pasta sauce,heat.
Spread meat mixture in ungreased
casserole dish. Combine
mozzarella cheese and sour cream, spoon over meat mixture.
Unrollcrescent rolls. DO NOT separate
into triangles. On lightly floured
surface, press dough edges together and roll out slightly to fit
Press dough over cheese layer. Brush
with melted butter,
sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees 20-25
minutes, or until top is deep golden brown.
