3-Step Black Forest Cherry Cheesecake

Makes 8 servings
2 packages (8 ounces each) PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
4 squares BAKER'S® Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, slightly cooled
1 OREO® Pie Crust (6 ounces)
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP® Whipped Topping
1 cup cherry pie filling
BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until
well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time mixing on low speed after each addition just
until blended. Stir in melted chocolate. POUR into crust. BAKE at 350°F for 35
to 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or
overnight. Spread whipped topping over cheesecake
just before serving; top with pie filling.
