3-Step Cappuccino Cheesecake

Makes 8 servings
2 packages (8 ounces each) PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons MAXWELL HOUSE® Instant Coffee
1 OREO® Pie Crust (6 ounces)
Prep Time 10 minutes
Bake Time 40 minutes
BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until
well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each
addition just until blended. MICROWAVE milk on HIGH 15 seconds. Add instant
coffee; stir until dissolved.
Add to batter; mix well. Pour into crust. BAKE at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or
until center is almost set. Cool.
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
