Pecan Checkered Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
1 box Girl Scout Trefoils Old Fashioned Shortbread Cookies
1 cup Pecan pieces
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cube of butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
2 lbs cream cheese
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Add in a large mixing bowl, beat until smooth
4 eggs, beating one egg at a time
1 box Girl Scout Stripe Chocolate Chip and Pecan Cookies
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. You will need to prepare the crust first. In a blender or food processor,
grind the cookies, pecans and sugar until it has a fine texture.
2. Add butter and blend thoroughly. Line the baking pan.
3. Now being to prepare the filling. Using the stripe and pecan cookies, break
each cookie into 8-10 pieces. Fold into the cheesecake filling and mix well.
4. Pour into spring form or removable bottom two inch pan lined with crust. Bake
at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until center of the cheesecake no longer
jiggles when shaken.
