3-Step Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Recipe

 


3-Step Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Makes 8 servings

2 packages (8 ounces each) PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
1 HONEY MAID® Graham or OREO® Pie Crust (6 ounces)

Prep Time 10 minutes plus refrigerating
Bake Time 40 minutes

1. BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup of the
chips.
2. POUR into crust. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup chips.
3. BAKE at 350°F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cheesecake:

Prepare as directed, adding 1/3 cup peanut butter to cream cheese mixture before beating in eggs.

Banana Chocolate Chip Cheesecake:

Prepare as directed, adding 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana to cream cheese mixture before beating in eggs.
