3-Step Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake

Makes 8 servings
2 packages (8 ounces each) PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 square BAKER'S® Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, slightly cooled
1 OREO® Pie Crust (6 ounces)
Prep 10 minutes
Bake 40 minutes
BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until
well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition
just until blended. Stir melted chocolate into 3/4 cup of the cream cheese
batter.
POUR remaining cream cheese batter into crust. Spoon chocolate batter over cream
cheese batter; cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect.
BAKE at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
