3-Step Tiramisu Cheesecake

Makes 8 servings
2 packages (8 ounces each) PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 tablespoons brandy
12 ladyfingers, split
1/2 cup strong MAXWELL HOUSE® Coffee
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP® Whipped Topping
1 square BAKER'S® Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, shaved
Prep Time 10 minutes plus refrigerating
Bake Time 40 minutes
1. BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed
until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Stir in brandy.
Arrange ladyfingers on bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate; drizzle with
coffee.
2. POUR batter into prepared pie plate.
3. BAKE at 350°F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate
3 hours or overnight. Top with whipped topping and shaved chocolate just before
serving.
