Turtle Cheesecake

Rich and Delicious Dessert1/2 cup fudge topping
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 pkg. caramels (about 8 oz.)
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/4 cups milk
1 pre-made chocolate crumb pie crust
1 (3 oz pkgs.) cream cheese, softened

Put caramels and the evaporated milk in a pan and
heat over medium-low (stirring continually) until smooth.
Stir in 1/2 cup nuts (leaving 1/4 cup remaining); then pour
over the pie crust bottom.

Put sour cream, milk and cream cheese into a blender.
Blend till smooth. Add pudding, and blend for about 40
more seconds.

Pour that mixture over the layer of caramel, already in
the crust. Chill, covered with wax paper, about 20 minutes.

Drizzle fudge topping over the entire top of the cake. Try to
do so in a decorative pattern. Sprinkle the remaining nuts on
top of that. Now chill until time to serve.
