Very Light Cheesecake

If you're in the mood for a very light cheesecake, this is it. It's very quick
to make and makes for a dessert that you can serve even after a big meal. Hope
you enjoy it!
Ingredients
1 can evaporated milk - chilled
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 large package of lemon Jell-O
1 cup water
Graham cracker crust
Directions
Whip evaporated milk until peaks form. Cream the cream cheese and sugar. Mix
Jell-O with boiling water. Let cool. Combine all ingredients and pour into a
graham cracker crust. I use a 9x13 dish. |
