2 Cups un-sifted powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
3/4 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Place all ingredients except for the chocolate in a bowl and mix with fork then
by hand. If minture is too stiff, add a few more drops milk. Knead until smooth.
Roll into small balls and flatten with bottom of glass to about 1/4-inch thick.
Chill. Dip in melted chocolate.
Melt 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips in a double boiler and cool slightly.
Dip chilled patties in chocolate and place on wax paper lined pan. Chill to set
