Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients:
1 Cup melted and cooled margarine
2 Cups peanut butter
1 1/2 Cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 Cups chopped peanut nuts
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 lb. Chocolate Chips
Method:
Cream the margarine and peanut butter, add the graham cracker crumbs and nuts.
Add the sugar and mix well. Make 1-inch balls. Refrigerate them before coating
them in the chocolate.
Melt 1 pound of chocolate in a double boiler and dip peanut butter balls. Then
drop onto waxed paper and refrigerate to set.
