Weight Watchers Baked Maple Apple

2 small apples
2 tsp. calorie-reduced apricot spread (16 cal per 2 tsp)
1 tsp. calorie-reduced maple flavored syrup (60 cal per)
Remove core from each apple to 1/2-inch form bottom. Remove a thin strip of peet
from around center of each apple. (This helps keep peel from bursting.)
Fill each apple with 1 tsp. apricot spread and 1/2 tsp. maple syrup.
Place each apple upright in individual baking dish; cover dishes with foil.
Bake at 400ºF. until apples are tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
Per serving: 75 cal, 0.2 g protein, 0.4 g fat, 19 g carbo, 7 mg calcium, 0 mg
sodium, 0 mg cholestrol, dietary fiber 3.4 g.
