Weight Watchers Orange Spice Oatmeal Cookies


WW: Orange Spice Oatmeal Cookies

4 1/2 oz. rolled oats
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. apple spice
Artificial sweetener equivalent to 3 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. raisins
1 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl, mixing well. Add raisins.

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry mixture, stirring until all ingredients are moistened. Let stand for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Stir mixture once, then drop by tablespoons onto a baking sheet that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray.

Bake 15 minutes, until bottoms of cookies are lightly browned. Remove to a rack to cool. Makes 9 servings, 3 cookies each. Exchanges: 1/2 fr; 1/2 f; 1 b.
