WW: Sirloin Tips with Horseradish
Butter Sauce

4 beef sirloin tip steaks, 1-in. thick, about 2 lbs. total
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 lb. unsalted butter
1/4 cup plus 3 Tbsp. bottled horseradish sauce, drained
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pat steaks dry and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat oil in a large cast-iron skillet over moderate-high heat until hot but not
smoking.
Cooks steaks for 6 minutes on each side for medium-rare. (or cook to your
preference) Transfer steaks to plates.
Remove skillet from heat and immediately add butter and horseradish, stirring
and scraping up any brown bits. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and spread over
steaks.
Serves: 8
