Wild West Beer Braised Brisket

This recipe is more than very popular.
1 (4-5 LB.) Beef Brisket
1 Bottle of Beer (12 oz.)
1 (1.2 oz) Package Dry Onion Soup Mix
1/3 to 2/3 Cup
Earp's WESTERN Steak and Dinner Sauce
1 Clove Garlic (chopped)
Preheat oven to 325 deg. F. Mix together onion soup mix, Earp's sauce and garlic.
Place brisket into a large (13x9x2 inch) baking pan.
Pour sauce mixture over brisket and then pour beer over it.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 5-6 hours or until meat is fork tender.
When ready to serve, slice meat on the diagonal.
Serves approx. 8
