Cowboy Beef N Beans

2 Cups shredded beef
3/4 Cup your favorite barbecue sauce
1 can (15-16 oz) garbanzo beans (chick peas, some places), rinsed and drained
1 can (15-16 oz) lima beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15-16 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
4 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 1 Cup)
You could also use any of the barbecued beef, pork, or chicken that you can buy in tubs
instead of mixing your meat and barbecue sauce together.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients, EXCEPT CHEESE, in a 2-quart casserole that
has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
