Branding Crew Meatloaf

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
Onion, to taste
Salt, pepper, savory salt
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 cup milk
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 cup tomato soup (optional)
1/4 cup catsup or ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Little water
Mold beef, onion, seasonings, cracker crumbs, milk, egg and tomato soup into a loaf shape.
Place in a pan and over the top pour the catsup, brown sugar, nutmeg, dry mustard mixed with a little water.
Bake 1 hour in a preheated 350 degree oven.
