2 pounds of ground turkey or 4% beef
1 can of Marie Calendars corn bread mix
1 large can of pinto beans and kidney and Chili beans
1 large white or yellow or brown onion
1 stalk of cilantro
1 small can of El Pato your choice
1 bag of shredded cheese again your choice( approx 2 cups)
1 bag or can of yellow corn
1 jar of salsa
1 9x11 cooking Pyrex dish
Grease cooking pan
Drain and rinse Pinto and Kidney beans, when complete pour the can of chili beans over the other rinsed beans
Mix up corn bread mixture
Brown meat and add the can of El Pato and the diced onions.
Once meat is done, Pour meat into cooking dish and pour bean mixture over meat.
Add yellow corn and cilantro over bean mixture.
Then pour corn bread mix over all and bake according to corn bread directions, usually 350-400 temp for 30-35 minutes.
Make sure corn bread is done!
Cut into squares and serve with any type of salsa you choose.
