Lone Star Casserole

2 lbs. ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can tomato soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
1 large can tomato sauce
1 can white shoe peg corn, drained
1 cup ripe olives, sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Sauté beef, onions & garlic. Cook noodles until almost done
Mix rest of the ingredients. Add meat & noodles. Stir lightly
Place in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Turn oven off & top casserole with grated cheese. Melt in oven for 10 minutes.
This makes 1 large or 2 small casseroles & can easily be made ahead.
