Wild West Pico de Gallo

1 1/2 cups diced ripe tomatoes
1 cup chopped Texas Spring Sweet or Texas 1015 SuperSweet Onion
1 1/2 cups diced ripe avocado
2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
Refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend.
Serve with entrees, sweet onion pieces or chips.
Makes 4 servings.
