4 medium potatoes cubed
1 onion chopped
2 slices of bacon cut up
1 tsp garlic powder
2 oz butter
salt and pepper to taste
Place potatoes, onion, and bacon on heavy foil add garlic, salt and pepper top with
butter seal foil tightly place in a 350 degree oven for 30 min.
