Butch's Outlaw Taco Salad

1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 tsps salt
2 Tbsps. blended oil (canola & olive)
1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breast
1 small head green leaf lettuce, washed
2 cups Newman's Own Sockarooni Sauce
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
8 six-inch store bought tostada shells
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cumin, red pepper flakes and salt with blended oil.
Brush the spiced oil on the chicken breasts and let stand for 10 minutes.
Tear lettuce into two inch pieces.
Grill chicken breasts for five minutes on each side.
Finish in the oven until completely cooked (about 5-6 minutes).
Heat 2 cups Newman's Own Sockarooni Sauce in a saucepan.
Spread Tostada shells on baking sheets and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
Slice chicken breasts diagonally, 1/4 in. thick.
Layer lettuce and chicken on tostada shells.
Top each tostada with 1/4 cup Newman's Own Sockarooni Sauce.
Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.
