Ingredients: 1 pound dried small white beans -- rinsed 4 1/2 cups water 1/3 cup molasses 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 onion -- chopped 1/4 pound salt pork -- cut into 1" cubes 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt Method: In slow-cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low setting 13 to 14 hours, stirring occasionally. |
