Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients:
12 oz Butterscotch Chips
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Cup Walnuts
8 oz Cream Cheese
14 oz Eagle Brand Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Egg
Method:
Melt chaps and butter, add crumbs and nuts, press 1/2 of the mixture into a 9x13
inch pan. Mix cheese, egg, vanilla and milk, pour on top. Sprinkle the rest of
the crumbs on top and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out
clean. Grease bottom of the pan with some cooking spray or a little butter. Let
the bars completely cool then refrigerate until cold before you cut into
squares. Sore them in the refrigerator.
