Tin Roof Sundae Bars
1 package (for 9 x 13-inch pan) brownie mix
1 cup Marshmallow Crème
1 1/2 cup Spanish peanuts
1 (6 oz) package semisweet chocolate chips
Prepare brownie mix according to directions. Do not over bake. Remove brownies
from oven and immediately spread Solo Marshmallow Cream over top. Sprinkle with
peanuts; sprinkle chocolate chips over all. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes or
until chocolate is melted. Remove from oven and let cool at room temperature.
Cut into 2 x 1 1/2 inch squares.
Makes 35 squares
