Honey Apricot Biscotti

Ingredients:
3/4 cup Milk
4 Lipton Soothing Moments Honey & Lemon Flavored Tea Bags
2 3/4 cups Flour
1 1/4 cups Sugar
3/4 teaspoon Baking soda
3/4 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 Egg yolks
1/3 cup Whole almonds -- toasted
1/2 cup Dried apricots -- chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring milk to a boiling point. Remove from heat and
add tea bags; cover and steep for five minutes. Squeeze tea bags as you remove
them. Cool. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Beat in tea
mixture and yolks to form a dough with a mixer. Stir in almonds and apricots.
Turn dough onto floured work area and knead lightly. Halve. With floured hands,
shape each half into a 12x2" almost-flat log on a greased baking sheet. Bake 35
minutes or until pale golden. Remove from oven and let cool on wire rack for ten
minutes. Cut each log into 3/4-inch-thick diagonal slices. Return slice to
cookie sheet with cut side down, and bake, turning once, for 10 minutes or until
golden.
