Frosted Raspberry Jam Brownies
1/2 c Crystal Farms butter
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 c sugar
1 t vanilla
1/4 t salt
1 c flour
1/4 c Crystal Farms Summers Best Raspberry Jam
1/2 c chopped walnuts
2 T Crystal Farms butter
1 c chocolate chips
1/4 c Crystal Farms Summer's Best Raspberry Jam
Place butter and chocolate in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high until
butter and chocolate are melted, one to two minutes. Stir till smooth. Beat in
sugar, vanilla and salt. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each
addition. Stir in flour. Stir in jam and walnuts. Pour into a greased pan and
floured 8" square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven.
Let stand in pan 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack. While brownies are
cooling, make the frosting.
Melt butter and chocolate chips together. Stir till smooth. Stir in raspberry
jam and frost top of brownies. When cold, cut into one-inch squares.
