Chocolate Snaps

Ingredients:
2 ½ sticks margarine (1 ¼ cups)
1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup dark brown sugar 2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
¾ cup cocoa
sugar for rolling cookies in before baking
Directions:
Cream margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl. Sift in dry
ingredients and mix well. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1
hour till dough is firm enough to work with. Preheat oven to 350. Place some
sugar in a small dish. Form dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar and place on
lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake about 8 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Store in
air tight container.
