Double Chocolate Snowballs
1 c. butter or margarine
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. flour
1 c. grated walnuts
1/4 c. cocoa
9 oz. pkg. chocolate kisses
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour and cocoa. Add nuts;
beat at low speed until mixed. Chill. Shape 1 tablespoon dough around kiss,
covering completely. Roll in palms into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375 degrees until set. Remove to wire rack and cool
completely. Roll in confectioners sugar.
