Frozen Banana Bombe
Ingredients:
1 sqr Baker's Semi-Sweet chocolate, melted
2 x yellow bananas, mashed
1 1/4 cup cold milk
1/4 cup amber rum
1 pkt (4 serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 pkt (250 g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 tub (500 mL) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
Directions:
LINE large glass bowl with plastic wrap. Drizzle inside with melted chocolate;
chill.
MASH bananas; set aside.
COMBINE milk, rum, instant pudding and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Beat
on medium until smooth. Stir in bananas.
FOLD in whipped topping; spoon into bowl. Freeze until firm.
REMOVE from freezer, unmould and remove plastic wrap. Let stand at room
temperature 5 min before slicing to serve. |
