OREO Ice Cream Tartufo

1-1/2 pt. (3 cups) chocolate ice cream
15 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, finely chopped (about 1-1/2 cups)
1-1/3 cups BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks
4 tsp. oil
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen raspberries in syrup, thawed, pureed and strained
SCOOP ice cream into 6 balls, using 1/2-cup ice cream scoop; roll in cookie
crumbs. Place on wax paper-lined cookie sheet; cover. Freeze 2 hours or until
firm.
MELT chocolate chunks with oil in small saucepan over low heat, stirring
constantly. Cool.
PLACE ice cream balls on wire rack. Spoon 2 Tbsp. of the melted chocolate over
each ball, coating top and sides. Freeze at least 1 hour or until firm.
SPOON raspberry sauce into dessert dishes or onto serving plates. Cut each
tartufo in half or quarters; arrange on top of sauce. Garnish with fresh
raspberries. Serve immediately.

Substitute 3/4 cup chocolate-covered hard-shell topping for melted chocolate
glaze.
