Apple Cinnamon Ice Cream.

Servings: 1 1/2 quarts
3 egg yolks
* 1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 cup applesauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped
In a large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks until smooth; beat in Eagle Brand,
applesauce and cinnamon until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into
9x5-inch loaf pan or other 2 quart container; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until
firm. Return leftovers to freezer.
*Use only Grade A clean, un-cracked eggs.
