Banana Marshmallow Ice Cream
1 c. milk
30 marshmallows
3/4 c. sugar
3 c. sliced bananas, (about 4)
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
3 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Combine the milk, marshmallows, sugar, bananas and lemon juice in a blender/food
processor.
Pulse for 15 second intervals, about 3 - 4 times.
Stir whipped cream into blended mixture.
Pour into a freezer container. Seal and freeze.
Makes 1 batch.
