Caramel Turtle Fudge Ice Cream
4 Cups Whole Milk
5 Cups Heavy Cream
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Pecans
2 Cups Sugar
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Water
Combine sugar, water, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
Boil mixture until dark amber in color.
Reduce heat to low, then gradually add 1 cup heavy cream
Add the rest of the cream and the milk.
Let cool, freeze in ice cream maker.
Add pecans about five minutes before ice cream is finished.
Top with hot fudge before serving.
